Recently, I suffered a non delivery from a vendor I know and trust. He agreed to reship for me, but the issue was closed off by admin with a 65% refund. I didn't want this, I wanted the reship but, not knowing how to use the resolution centre, I fluffed it up. Now I have what I consider to be a poor refund rate, this means new vendors don't want to send me samples etc.
Is there some way this can be fixed? I'd prefer to pay the guy and keep my good stats, I trust him to reship, he's a great vendor.

Unfortunately I doubt it, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that they respond the any counter proposals in the resolution center as well as ensuring the most up to date proposal reflects the resolution they are seeking. If you did not do that the admins are very unlikely to b able to assist you after the fact. Best you can do is submit a customer support ticket explain what happened and see if they can help you.
Out of interest what did you do? if you wanted a reship was the vendor in agreement? did you submit a proposal asking for a reship?

I opened a resolution when the thing didn't arrive so I wouldn't get an auto finalize.
The vendor sent me a message saying, wait till Friday, we can sort it then. On the Friday, I told him that it still hadn't arrived. He said, one more shot until Monday. I was happy enough with that and requested a reship. Come Monday, he agreed to reship, but it had already been closed by admin and my refund was in.
This is all due to my bad management of the situation, I admit that.
My stats are important to me, man. I understand what we are doing here, there is risk all round, vendors accept it, I accept it. I've been scammed before and this was not a scam. I trust this vendor, I bought from him before, he's ok; I'm certain as I can be of it. I'd have happily finalized for a reship and taken my chances.
Now my rep is screwed, my rep cost me money because I didn't try to get a refund when I was scammed, I accepted that I'd been a tit and took the loss on the chin, I'm gutted to see bad stats because I didn't know how to operate the system, it's cost me a freebie already!
There has to be some way to fix this, surely?

I would suggest you submit another support ticket detailing what you have here, keep it succinct, factual and to the point expressing that you dropped the ball and let the resolution period expire and ask if there is any possibility of having your stats repaired. It's a long shot, they will not reopen the case but they may consider repairing your refund rate given the circumstances.
Do not write them a novel, do not get emotive, just explain what happened and see what they have to say.
