So the website won't accept my passphrase, which I found really strange cause I have it hand written. But as I can be wrong I decided to create a new account and message Support, right after i log out of that account I try to log in again and it keeps coming back to the login initial page when I press ok (same captcha). But again, a assumed the risk of have committed another mistake so I created another account, only to find out that the same happens and I can't log in.
Anyone experienced this?
