I never received my package from a reputable vendor. I ordered last sunday was marked in transit on Monday. The previous week i ordered from the same vendor @ the same time I received it on Wednesday. Well it is Sunday now and still nothing. I contacted the vendor several times and all he said is that he shows it was delivered to my zip code on Thursday. Well i was here @ my house everyday the mail came last week and nothing showed. I even had ordered something from another vendor that was marked in transit on Tuesday and I received it Thursday the same day the other vendor is claiming my package was delivered. I do not know what to do next??? I have been a memeber for almost a year and have never had a problem until now. The vendors customer service is very questionable and they r telling me to take it to Resolution. What does anybody reccommend???? PLEASE HELP :'(

maybe someone you live with found it/ took it. maybe the mailman knew what was in it said it got delivered and put it back in the truck for himself. did you have to sign or was it just left at the front door. anything could have happened but the vendor has done there part and even included tracking number that said it was delivered so its really out of there hands and they did the job.

You could take it into resolution but in situations where the tracking says delivered I would be doubtful the admins will side with you, that is unless there have been others who have also reported the same issue.
Tracking is an interesting issue because it is used by many vendors to prove delivery to protect them against scammers, it also can be used by vendors to scam buyers, if you don't know how I'd suggest you spend sometime in the shipping board doing some reading.

No one i live w took it bc I live by myself. Ive had the same mailman that has delivered all my other goods so I dont know what to do. AM I supposed to just finalize and give the vendor my $? Should I wait one more day and give the vendor a 1 out of 5?? I dont want my stats to get messed up bc of this but I dont want to lose $ either. Should i take this to resolution center???

Does anyone have any experience w the resolution center??? Am i just shit out of luck or will I have a fair assessment bc I have good stats?? It is the vendors word against mine @ this point do I fight to get a refund of some kind or do i just take the hit and finalize giving the vendor a shitty score??

Of course you will be given a fair assessment and your buyer stats will definitely be taken into consideration.

Is there anything I can do to start the process?? I still have 4 days till i can click on the resolve button?? Anybody else ever had a similar situation and what was your outcome??
