Hi there,
I had a little problem with a vendor, times run out and now I need to decide if get a Reship or Refund, the question is
If we extend by 30 days to get a reship there is bad for my stats? (30 days cause I will not at home for summer holidays)
better get a refund? this for sure change my stats but don't know how much it will be bad.
Tried to find something on the wiki or there, but nothing on this topic found apart refund.

If your concern is about your stats, then reshipping is a better option especially if it works out this time.

you best bet is reship it looks like you are more agreeable and other sellers might be turned off by refunds

That's what I thought, but I don't know why the seller said it's better a refund than a reship.
I had a doubt because of what he said "if we extend the delivery time it could affect your buyer stats because its going to be for over 3 weeks etc."
I never heard about something like this

The vendor was talking a load of rubbish, having a transaction in the resolution center to extend the shipping time has absolutely zero impact on your buyer stats. When they said a refund is better I suspect they were referring to being better for them, not necessarily you because a refund on your buyer stats is def not better for you.
At the end of the day it all depends on what you want more, personally I try to avoid refunds at all costs as a high refund rate will def cause you issues.
