Title: Bitcoins not arrived

Hello.

Sorry if im posting in the wrong area, new to this forum.

Yesterday I sent 1 bitcoin to my SR account from kapiton.se and by the looks of it it has been sent to the right address. But now still almost 24 hours later nothing on my SR account.

Whats up with this?

Have you checked blockchain? if you have how many confirmations has the transfer had?

Enter the BTC address you send the deposit to and it will show you how many confirmations the transaction has had.

well as far as i can tell there is nothing on blockchain at all. i can see on kapiton that the transfer has been made to the address that corresponds to my SR deposit acc but then nothing more. this was done yesterday and still nothing

Then your issue is with kapiton not SR, get onto them and see what they have to say.
