Title: i still cant log into my account since the down time, possible acc loss?

i couldn't log into my account during the down time so i checked the forums and just left it. today i check again and still cant get in, try a new acc and got in. i think my account has been hacked or taken. there is an order i need to check and will lose if i don't find out whats going on. is there any way to recover this acc if it has been stolen? help please.

In there you will find detailed instructions on what to do if you suspect your account has been hacked/phished.
