Title: Cant deposit funds

I clicked deposit bitcoins to transfer from my wallet to my account. I sent the bicoins to the address that I've been told to send them to but my account is still at 0. Can anyone help me? The bitcoins have left my wallet but not appeared on my account..

How long ago did you initiate the transfer?

Have you checked the blockchain?

If you have checked the blockchain how many confirmations has the transfer had?

Transfers can take several hours to complete.

Apologizes. It's my first time and I assumed it was instant. It was only 20 minutes ago so I'll wait a few more hours. Thanks for your help.
