You'll need to open a customer support ticket on the main site so admins can look into it for you.

If an unauthorized withdrawal was made your details will have been compromised, check your computer for malware, rootkits and keyloggers, also have you recently created an account if Atlantis using the same credentials as here?

i think i know whats happened i gave btc vendor old sr wallet address and refreshed it this weekand forgot?
the balance was in account for 10 minutes and was withdrawn and now is sitting in blockchain but what i dont get is how did it get in account with wrong (old) address ? can it be retrived?
-
You really need to open a customer support ticket on the main site.
-
hi i did open a ticket few hours back still waiting for reply . if sr can retrieve my old wallet id it will be fine but if they cant will it just stay in blockchain .

If all you did is send it to your previous btc address, you should still receive the coins. However, I can't know if that's what happened or not because we don't have access to that information - only the SR admins on the main site do. They'll respond as soon as they are able to.
-
thanks for the help this has drove me mad ?made sure i was on top the whole sr thing and went a made the mistake of giving wrong wallet id :o (dont buy btc with the kids running around BIG DISTRACTION) its still in blockchain so hope sr can do some magic for me,lol
thanks again
-
if sr can retrieve the sr wallet address i had last week funds should be retrievable the funds went into my account even though address was refreshed but then went back to blockchain ?
still waiting for sr to reply?
-
Yeah, you'll just need to wait and see what customer support on the main site has to say. There really isn't anything more we can do for you on our end here on the forums.
-
could my problem have any thing to do with sr going off line yesterday?
thanks for the help yesterday and today cirrus .
thanks again.
-
SR being offline would in no way have anything to do with transactions on your account. As cirrus has said you cannot get assistance for this issue via the forums, you will need to contact SR support via the market site.
-
and as i said to cirrus i have contacted sr support yesterday evening and still no reply ?
i know the forum can only give guidance and advice and that is all i have asked the forum .
im only trying to resolve the matter .
hopefully sr will get back to me soon.
-
You should hopefully get a response very soon then.
-
got message back from sr saying account must of been compromised ? 100% sure it has not.
money was paid in then went back to blockchain ? surely if compromised they would of took my btc???
why did my address change ? now my funds are stuck in blockchain ?
waited 24hrs for a pre wrote message about protecting my pin and details.
have not used my pin since last order which was well before this problem
so is that it from sr support?
-
So let me get this straight, you sent some btc to an old SR wallet address and they have not made it into your account, is that correct?
All your SR btc wallets are linked to your account so the coins should find their way to your account, however if not you might need to clarify your issue with SR support, they may have misunderstood your issue.
If however the btc was withdrawn from your account this can only be done with your pin so if an unauthorized withdrawal did happen your account was compromised i.e phished and there will be no way of recovering the coins.
-
100% certain pin was not compromised and thanks for informing me all wallet address's link to account
checked today and funds are still sitting in blockchain if hacked would they be there? 1GoSgTEMu965AFWwBxPn2iqWxwtrpmdMAq thanks for advice on this matter. :)
-
In that case then go back to SR support, explain the coins were sent to an old SR btc wallet address and that they haven't made it through and can they take a look to see what the issue is. If you are told again that your account was compromised I'm going to need to know more detail because based upon what you are telling me there has not been any issues with the account having been hacked/phished.
-
thank you ssbd i needed this help ;D i even got bad karma over this :'( lol.
i can pm you wallet address and you can check blockchain as well (if you have time)

-
No need to send me the wallet address, let me know what the outcome is.
-
will do ;D
-
hi ssbd just got message fom support saying account must of been hacked and funds did not go back to blockchain but im certain no one had access (i only use pin for orders and log on via http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion)and this and forum are the only site i use on tor. thanks for help
-
Sorry to hear that. Please make sure to check your computer for malware / keyloggers / etc.!
-
Again, just because your connection might be anonymous, doesn't mean your computer is safe. I use a specific new box only for Tor/SR/Btc. Be cogniscent about your actual device and it can save you some pain as well.
-
Sorry to hear that toke :(
-
thanks for help people ;) just gonna have to take it on the chin! lol
100 % sure i was secure! have rebooted and cleaned up just in case >:(
quote from person who introduced me

It happens a lot I'm afraid to say, I've seen many people adamant they haven't been compromised only to discover they have been phished. Just make sure you give your computer a bloody good going over and use a unique and complex pass phrase and PIN for your SR account you do not use anywhere else.
Thread locked as resolved.
