Title: pin problems

hi, ive had the same pin for the past year now, and 2 days ago everytime I put my pin in it kept telling me its wrong. it went into reset mode..... I had about 30 hours left when I decided to try it again and now it has started off again at 72 hours. theres no way my pin is wrong, and secondly is there any way of fast tracking the pin reset? thanks In advance.

PIN resets are automated I'm afraid and the 72 hour wait period is non negotiable for security reasons. There has been a few bugs of late affecting some peoples accounts, pins etc, DPR is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.

well hell! first time user and my pin is locked also? there is no way around this really? now i gotta wait 72 hours really?

Great, I got excited to make my very first purchase and now I have to wait 72 hours for entering my correct PIN.

Sorry, as stated, there is no way around the 72 hour waiting period.  It's in place to help protect your account.  I'll lock this thread as resolved.
