Title: I can't contact customer support

The message is:

Sorry, an error was encountered.

We could not find the page you were looking for.

I have tried at least 6 or 7 times to submit a ticket for help :(

I guess the browser was stuck in some sort of loop.  Shutting it down and logging in again did the trick.
