Hello,
I used the search function, on the top of the forum page, it worked fine. After over 30 minutes I entered a second, different, keyword. I encountered the following error:
Your last search was less than 5 seconds ago. Please try again later.
I tried, wated one minuted but problem persists.
Cheers,

i was wondering about this myself and concluded today that it's because we're on TOR, multiple people coming from the same exit node means that multiple people have the same IP address as far as the forum is concerned. so it thinks you just ran a search when someone else did.
i am correct? anyone?

This is a common issue that has been happening for as long as I've been using the forums, just hit the page back button, refresh the page and try again, sometimes takes a few attempts but normally works eventually, it is annoying I know.

hi samesamebutdifferent,
would you know if my conclusion above is correct? it also happens when posting in the forum (and is happening to me right now trying to post this)
thanks

Hi jackherer1975, re your theory about what causes the error to occur I really don't know I'm afraid.
I forgot to add, if you get the time out error when writing a message make sure you copy it before hitting refresh otherwise you will have to rewrite it because it be be deleted when the page refreshes, doesn't seem to happen with forum posts though so no need to copy before refreshing.
