Title: hello friends i am funded my account and not getting error.

hello my friends, i am funded 1.5 bitcoin on my account and when i am try make a order i am get the error  We were not able to authenticate your request.
Please my friends, help me to resolve this. very thanks, my account nickname is same on forum.
