I had an order that I had go to resolution because a buyer accused me of never sending it. The tracking number proves that the package arrived, yet I still had to eat 50% of the money after it went through resolution and after I posted a meticulously calculated, politically correct list of reasons why I shouldn't have to pay anything.
That means that I lost money AND product even though I did everything correctly.
Can someone please tell me how this is justified? This basically means that no matter what, all of my customers can get a 50% off coupon for me. This basically means that if something isn't changed, I have to double all of my prices to protect myself from this.
I have to admit, my soul sunk when I saw that the resolution center decided to go in favor of the other guy, who basically told me that my services were bullshit and that I was a liar the entire time, even though I have a 100% rating and have never had a problem like this.
What gives, really? Does anyone see my side? I did asbolutely nothing wrong, and the tracking slip shows the package arrived, and I was extremely patient, clear, and firm the entire time. This precedent in the resolution center basically shows me that a customer can complain and will get what he wants regardless of me doing my complete due dilligence to protect myself from this sort of thing. I basically provided exemplary service and was punished for it.
I am very, very dismayed at this outcome. I am trying not to start a flame war about this because it seriously is fucking with my head.
I need to know what the protocol is for how the Resolution Center came to this decision.

That really blows. How much more proof is needed to show that the item arrived at the destination?? Please post after communicating with SR support for the reasoning and info.

I finally got to talk to SR Resolution and they realized their mistake and credited me back a full refund.

Glad to hear it. As a customer I was curious why they sided against you. Glad to hear they realized their error and went with the vendor on this one. GJ SR Staff.

SR resolution staff may make a mistake every now and again but they always come through and do the right thing. Just have to be patient sometimes. But they haven't let us down yet for the few times we needed their help.
Did they also remove that clown's feedback? Wouldn't be fair to let that kind of a buyer leave feedback that can affect stats.
