Hi,
I created a new account a few hours ago, then I funded it with 1.3 BTC, but now when I were going to buy from the market I keep getting the error "We were not able to authenticate your request."
when I'm finalizing the order. I'm 100 % positive that I write the right PIN, so I find this very wired, has this to do with the PIN or is it something else? I also tried to change the PIN but I got the same message. This feels very frustrating.
How do I solve this?

Same thing just happened to me. New account and it won't authenticate my transaction.

I will report this up to the admins now, not heard of this issue until just now, sounds like another bug.
