Title: PIN

My PIN isn't working but I haven't recently changed it. I have one attempt left. Is there any bug that could be causing this? I am very cautious about phishing sites and using a different PIN for other marketplaces.

I'm on an urgent order. Please advise.

I am not aware of any issues that are affecting PINS at this moment in time so for yours to just stop working is quite unusual. Normally under these circumstances I would suggest you change it immediately anyway given the potential risk of you having been phished. Given PIN resets are automated you will probably have no option but to got for the reset and wait 72 hours though, frustrating and inconvenient I know but also unavoidable.

Hi there--

I just experienced the same issue with my pin.  Before any coin is moved, the wallet address, the pin, and password are always changed and written down.  I have been able to log in and out of my account by could not enter my pin when checking out today.

Just to test, I decided to make another account.  When I went into the settings to change the just as I would when moving coin, it came back as an error and the SR page said it could not be authenticated. 


Any bug reports?
