I deposited 1.15972868 BTC into my SR account 1Lpu2LHsTXDTD4SHYyP7FwNUd8vUxned7a on Thursday, July 18th. It is now July 20th and the bitcoins are not showing up in my SR account.
Blockchain shows that the deposit to the wallet account is confirmed. The hash is 113bb56cdf832a8f78a440a418494cf1b7ec95522abd33a9ec06468871ea31e6.
Why isn't this deposit showing up in my account? Is there anything that can be done to prevent this money from being lost? Any help would be most appreciated.

You will need to open a support ticket on the main site. Here's a direct link:

The first thing that comes to mind is that a lot of people on Bitcoin exchanges used to have big issues trying to transfer Litecoins to Bitcoin addresses and vice versa (which, of course, does nothing, and destroys them). Ruling that out, it's possible that you fuzzed up and mistyped the address you sent it to - did you do it from an exchange? Is there some record of the Bitcoin address you sent it do, which you can go back to and confirm with the Bitcoin address given by your SR account?
After that's been done, go ahead and open a ticket, but Bitcoin is notoriously unforgiving of user error. If you did any of the aforementioned things, you're up shit creek and there's no way to get any of it back, unfortunately.

Thank you very much for the reply. I opened a ticket explaining the bug, and asked if they could help solve the issue, and this was the reply...
"Sorry, we are unable to do that. We recommend using a new address for each deposit to avoid issues like this.
~SR Support"
This response doesn't make a lot of sense. There are support posts all over this forum saying "don't worry, the coins will show up". But now that the system didn't work as intended, and the coins haven't shown up, suddenly there's nothing they can do?
Why didn't the coins show up this time? I've deposited into and spent from this wallet several times since 2012. SR has the records of my transactions showing this wallet connected to my account. Is there any explanation for why this deposit didn't get accrued into my account as it should have?

Unfortunately, there's not much we can do from the forums because we don't have access to that information. You'd need to reopen a support ticket over on the main site and try to get more details.

The deposit did not come from an exchange. They came from cashintocoins.com. I have the order confirmation, the photo of the bank deposit receipt, the email confirmation of received deposit and sent coins. The wallet address was correct. I have the blockchain records confirming that the deposit was made from cashtocoins.com, and the blockchain records showing the confirmed deposit. I can see the wallet transactions right now, and the coins are absolutely in the correct wallet, exactly as they should be...
The only problem exists at the SR level, in that my SR account is not reflecting this deposit. Any ideas? This seems like a bug that should be of some concern.

I understand, and really appreciate the feedback.
Is there any information that you recommend I give them to help make their job easier? Any magic words I can use to try to get the issue escalated?

Some magic words that tend to get things done faster:
"Please"
"I'll pay you $500"
"I'll swallow"

So on blockchain, the coins get to your btc address and stop moving at that point, and seem to stay there? That's strange because SR has a built-in coin tumbler which you can usually see by looking at blockchain.

This is a great point! And as can be seen in the blockchain transaction history for this wallet address, immediately after each deposit, the automatic tumbler withdraws the deposited amount... except for this deposit I'm posting about. So for some reason, the automatic tumbler did not withdraw this deposit.
Have you ever seen anything like this? I'm attempting to reopen the ticket with support.

Here is the short link for the blockchain transaction history...

No, I haven't seen anything like that before and I'd expect that if it were an issue with the tumbler, more people would be reporting similar experiences. Go ahead and get back in touch with support and make sure you let them know what blockchain shows.

Be sure to show them that link! I'm going to edit it out of the post though, just to be extra cautious.

Much thanks.
I'll follow up with details from the support ticket, in case anyone else has this issue in the future.

I'm assuming this issue resolved itself an the coins eventually turned up?
