Title: Refund for bad product?

Hey there staff,

Just received a product from vendor and i'm 100% sure it is not ketamine as was advertised. I am an experienced k user of a few years and know how k feels inside out. Also had another experienced friend over last night who also said it wasn't k. Contacted the vendor and he insists that it is ketamine. I value my buyer stats above all else and view them as a reflection of myself, they are perfect and i've been a member for over a year. The auto-finalize is in 10 days and i'm wondering is there anyway i can get some of my money back? No one will buy this product and as a result i'll be down 450 quid.

Any advice is greatly appreciated

If I were you i would take it to the resolution center, and see what they say.

Just to be sure; When you say that you are an experienced Ketamine user, do you know which isomer you are used to.? I dont do K, but as far as i know there is a pretty big difference between the effects of the 2 isomers, and perhaps this is just not the same isomer as you are used to.?
Dont know if that could be the issue, but it is worth a thought.

Which kinds of effects were you expecting, and which effect did you experience.?

  The differences between S+ & S+- (racemic) K, in my humble opinion, are highly user dependent. If it is one or the other, and of decent cook quality & purity, you're going to know you've got K.

Why do you believe you haven't received real Ketamine? If you're convinced you've been scammed definitely start the resolution process.

If vendor's selling phony K to you, no doubt they're selling phony K to others. It is this accumulation of complaints that would trigger a decision in your favour from admin assigned to your dispute. Is the vendor well established?

If you are unhappy with your order you can take it into the resolution center and propose the resolution you are seeking there, once in the RC your order will not auto finalize, if you are unable to come to an amicable agreement with the vendor and admin will adjudicate on the matter for the both.

A refund may affect your stats though so you would need to factor this into your considerations, more information on how resolutions are decided can be found in the SR wiki:

@Candy; when i say experienced i mean i've been taking it a few years, i've IVed k over 200 times and IMed maybe double that. I like both S+ and racemic and although i find the S to affect my vision more, both give me that pleasant, warm and happy mood shift everytime, which this new stuff didn't. It took longer than k to come up, the effects were awful and the high lasted longer than k too, all characteristics of MXE.

Thanks for the reply mods; yes it is an established seller so i've started a thread to ask others about it but no replies yet. Also saw one complaint saying it's not k here; http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?topic=172276.msg1268957#msg1268957 although it seems the thread isn't being taken seriously. I don't see how so many people could be buying it and not notice this, unless it is being cut slightly and then my order was accidentally excessively cut.
