My account has been hacked. I believe it was due to me checking out a link and registering to the new site atlantis. After I used my same login and SR, an obvious mistake. My account has been drained. I contacted customer support and they said change password and pin. I did that. My account was drained again today. I need some real help here. How do I get rid of a key logger, if that is the problem. I tried clamxav and ran it and it didn't show anything alarming.

You will need to checks your system for keyloggers, dataloggers and rootkits, the only way you will get rid of a key logger however is to format the hard drive and reinstall the operating system I'm afraid. Just make sure you back up everything you need suck as your bitcoin wallet if you have it saved on your HD before formatting, last time I game someone this advice they formatted their HD along with their btc wallet with obvious consequences.

From what you write you're using a linux OS, like ubuntu? I'm def not an expert but I understand linux OS's to be pretty safe from malware and whatnot. Best to follow SSBD's advice, save wipe and reinstall. Active@killdisk is an ok program as you can install it on a usb and boot into it, meaning you're not actually in your OS when you're trying to wipe it.
You could also look at using Tails or Liberte solely for your sensitive SR business. Don't mean to beat a dead horse, you've already acknowledged it, but use different usernames and passwords for all risky internet activity, and make sure they're very different from your login stuff for normal internet activity.
