Title: [Resolved] First deposit won't show up, received according to blockchain.

My first time depositing to SR. I withdrew the bitcoin from the wallet at my local exchange roughly three hours ago, and they haven't shown up on my SR account yet. Need I be worried?

I checked the FAQ, where it read as follows: "check that it is showing up on the blockchain by searching for your deposit address on a site like blockchain.info"

I did, and it's there. When I search for the address it says "No. Transactions: 1", and "Total Received: [the amount I transferred]". The place I withdrew from has the withdrawal in its history, and the receiving address matches up with my address on SR.

EDIT: The transaction only had 4 confirmations when I made the post, now it has 7. Could it be as I now suspect that this has something to do with it?

EDIT2: Bitcoins have arrived, all is well!

Transfers can take up to 10 or 12 hours sometimes, so I wouldn't be worrying just yet ;)

As the post above rightly pointed out sometimes deposits can take a bit longer, if it's not shown up after about 10 hours submit a customer support ticket via the market site and an admin will look into it for you.

Did you pay a fee when you did the transfer by the way? not paying a btc transaction fee can seriously slow things down.
