Hi
I believe that a well know UK scammer, who was banned just a matter of weeks ago, is back again. Loveheart, in the UK section, is behaving/talking in an identical way to the quite awful Cashmachine. He is selectively sending out products, often sending them out weeks late (I would imagine so as to keep people guessing as to whether they will receive their product, and eventually will up the scam potential by increasing the level of drugs that he is selling and requiring FE for large amounts).
I would check to see the amount of unfulfilled orders that are weeks old, plus the number in resolution. His MO, and way of writing is identical - as are the drugs he has been selling. Now, he may just have problems with drug misuse, and be fundamentally unable to run a business, but I don't believe that this is the case. All his conditions, and his advert are pretty much identical to the banned scammer's.
Please be aware of this individual, as, money aside, it is incredibly worrying that he is putting many people's orders into transit, yet not sending for weeks, meaning that he has a long, long list of silkroad users written down on paper. If he was operating on the clearweb, or real-life, this poses a severe security threat to the Road.

Please be sure to hit 'report vendor' on the market site if you observe behavior that causes you to believe a vendor is up to no good. I will pass the name of this vendor up for a closer look too.

Many thanks for this. I have done this, but I remember reading somewhere that the mods also appreciated having it noted in the forums. This guy scares me, aside from the obvious scamming, because he is writing down names and addresses of a substantial number of SR users and is keeping them. I'm sure you can see how badly this could go wrong.

Guys, no offense but i think everyone is too quick to jump to conclusions. I placed an order on Thursday with LH and only afterwards bothered to check the forum (yes im just a pro like that....) After checking the forum i spent the weekend removing any trace of SR from the drop point just to be sure. People were saying hes a:
a) Scammer - Dont think so because iv received mine and i have a friend also received a small order (took a while yes)
b) Selective scammer - Unlikely, unless hes a dumb selective scammer because i placed an order of a significant size compared to his average listing price, it was all one product so it would have counted as one feedback. If he was selectively scamming it wouldnt make sense to send the large orders would it? you would send the small ones to keep feedback high and scam the large ones.
c) LE - Despite the fact i was shitting my pants a little that he might be LE, unless LE are trying out some long term strategy whereby they do actually deliver the drugs i can guarantee you that LH IS NOT LE!haha
I ordered thursday and received monday which is not impressive domestic but its within the 3 days that he states. The package was AS GOOD AS ANY OTHER VENDOR again i can promise you hes spent time and effort in what he/she is doing, if my suspicions are correct as well as the stealth hes even taken "special measures" i can comment on that only vendors that really dont want to get arrested do (hopefully someone knows what i mean) .
Im well aware that people are waiting 10+ days but im in a position where i can say with 98% confidence that this guy isnt a scammer. He/she is selling cheap pills in the uk and has got swamped with orders. Maybe a noob mistake to run before one can walk but the guys an honest vendor i really do believe this. Now as his acc is closed ( possibly temporary? ) im not sure if you will receive your packages as he may think fuck that if hes not going to get the coins from escrow if hes permenantly banned, but if its a freeze then i have all faith you will receive. whether you receive the package or not all i can say for 100% is that he isnt LE. When i came to the forums after placing my order it was a horrible feeling to think i could be in danger of a controlled delivery. Personally i dont care if anyone receives their shit because we all run the risk and iv been scammed before myself but just dont give yourself a heart attack over people saying shit like "hes LE" im hoping he will be reactivated after he catches up with his orders to prove me right.

There isnt an attachment option on here so I cant atach to you the receipt of the money that I deposited into his account for an order, havent heard a word back from him since. Completely lied about everything, made me pay for overnight shipping but yet he never planned on sending me anything. I joined this site bc I thought this was going to be a legit place for me to do business and do it the right way. This guy is a scam artist. HE needs to be banned ASAP. give me your tormail.org account name and ill attach the image of the confirmation of the money being send in his account and how he fucked me over.

That vendor has had their vendor account and forum accounts banned. There is however nothing to stop them reopening another vendor account under a new name and/or forum account. Given the action they took when they were demoted in posted buyers details I would assume they are not welcome back so it is up to all of us to keep a close eye out in case they try to reincarnate themselves on here.

Reepacheep, thanks so much for pointing out my lack of grammar. People in the community look up to figures such as yourself to help identify those committing such a cardinal sin as typing in a hurry. Did you understand what i meant? Was the point i was trying to put across totally misunderstood? Does it matter if i even know how to type or even if i make a few spelting mistakes? Blame my lack of formal education after 13, things happened that meant i wasnt able to attend school after that. Im kind of thinking iv been forgiven by the rest of the SR community for being such an uneducated cretin daring to wander into a tor hidden service forum and make a post without ensuring my grammar is on form since your the only cunt who made any remark on it. I do however feel a little happier that no1 seems to give 2 shits what you say with your troll acc. Did you make your troll account just to denigrate LH? I had a look through your posts and of the 15 you haven made most are devoted to whipping up unwarranted panic about LH. people certainly like you though and they appreciate the fact your here so please make sure you remain here bringing the positive influence you have along with you grammatically accurate posts people seem to find so useful.
Update on the LH situation: I received a pm from LH (presumably a send to all message) explaining all packages are sent out and will arrive any day or this week. If this is true then im glad i was right to try and reassure people i knew for a fact that he at least wasnt LE even if i had the absolute audacity to do it without the correct grammar

Since if im being honest it does make me quite uncomfortable that your suggesting on another thread that i have SR customers details (despite the fact iv never been a vendor) and your talking of my ip address i ask if any of the mods believe this for one second they should pm me. Im willing to hand over my SR acc password and start a new one just so they can verify that what iv said in my posts was 100% truthful. Id be upset to lose an acc with 0 refunds and quite a substantial amount spent but if my kamikaze meant killing even one troll acc such as yours im game.

Is there anyway to get our money back after FEing or am I just shit out of luck?
Also I have a question regarding custom orders. Feedback for custom orders dont seem to affect the ratings or show up on the vendors page. I gave him a 1/5 yet it doesnt show up nor did it affect his ratings.

MrAnonymousX has now been demoted by an admin after I passed them up earlier so thank you for bringing them to my attention.
Regarding the fact that FE then yes I am afraid to say SR support will be unable to assist you with getting a refund, once finalized the coins are released to the recipient and are irretrievable.
