I have an order in the resoultion center and I just recieved and email stating that it expires soon (12 hrs) and that i should be sure to "submit any resolutions or statements you would like Silk Road administrators to consider." How do I submit my resolution or whatever to the admins or staff? When this expires does the vendor just get my money scott free? I have only recieved half the order, they say they offer 30% refund but arent responding quickly and time is running out... I already proposed a 12 day extension as I already extended 2 dats = total of 14 days ( min for refund ) what are my options? Thanks!

They review the cases. Basically, make sure that you put in the resolution you want: if you think you deserve a 50% refund, then offer that 50% refund. You should be able to see the resolution center link(s) from your orders page.
They'll make a determination based on any notes you leave them there and decide whose resolution is more fair. If you proposed an extension, then they'll do that.

If you are unable to reach a resolution with the vendor which in this case seems probable then yes an admin will determine the resolution. Like SelfSovereignty said please ensure your most recent proposal reflects the resolution you are seeking, you must also be sure to respond to any counter proposals that the vendor may make so keep an eye on the resolution clock.
More information on how escrow and resolution matters are decided can be found in the SR wiki, the link is in the sticky at the top of this board.
