Title: resolution center under review for couple days now

been at this statut for almost a 5 days
how long  before final resolution is declared?

They must be extremely busy at the moment, rest assured an admin will get to your case, you will just need to be patient a little while longer.

There are no resolutions that have been under review for that long... They have all been reviewed in under 24 hours since the last time SR went down a few months back. Can you give me the transaction number so I can see if you are experiencing some kind of glitch?
