Title: I might have been phished
Post by: ACleverUsername on July 09, 2013, 01:33 am
Tried to log into my SR buyer account just a bit ago. Keeps failing. Tried to log onto another account of mine. Works fine. I have no idea whats going on. I submitted a support ticket, but I dunno.

This is the first time I bothered to keep BTC on my account. I might lose 5.1 fucking BTC behind this. Not to mention the order I have pending. God.

I haven't used any links aside from the reddit addy. I don't understand this.

I keep refreshing to see if Customer Support is on their A game. Took them 6 minutes to answer my first message. I responded 18 minutes ago.

I really hope whatever asshole did this doesn't have my PIN.

6 minutes is pretty good response rate, really hoping they resolve your issue before your coins get transferred off SR.

Fingers crossed for you mate!

I was sweating bullets there guys. About an hour ago, my password was reset. I have also secured it.

My PIN was locked, so the bastard who hit me tried to do a PIN reset. I didn't lose any BTC.

I'm SO relieved about this. The only thing I can figure since he got my userpass and not PIN is that I used onion.to at some point, and got hit from there. At any rate, the Support Staff were on their game for sure.

Thanks, Support Staff! :D

Glad it worked out but NEVER EVER USE the onion.to ok!!

Yeah, I'll never do that again.

What's with that Maxillo80 guy copy and pasting my OP but changing the BTC number? Trying to get handouts?
