Title: Vendor ignoring messages, order approaching 2 months old
Post by: CrashOD on July 08, 2013, 09:27 pm
I had posted on here a few weeks ago about this same order. My order was in resolution at the time and since then I received half of my order. I went to accept a 5 day extension for the order to get the other half, and clicked a message in the resolution center that was related, but had no properties next to it (no refund amount or extension number listed), This apparently finalized the order (nowhere did it say that it would finalize the order, but now I know) and since then I have not received the other half of my order. No messages sent by me to the seller have even been read since then, with the oldest being 24 days old. I think that all I can do now is leave a negative review, lose half my order, and move on. Is there no Admin involvement in such a case? Thank you for the help.

All resolution matters are dealt with via the market site, you cannot get assistance via the forums I'm afraid as moderators have no access to buyer/seller account information. Please refer to the SR wiki to see how resolutions are decided and how escrow works.

Re your issue, if you and the vendor have not reached a resolution at the end of the resolution period then yes an admin will adjudicate on the case. Please ensure your most recent proposal in the resolution center reflects the resolution you are seeking, also make sure you respond to any counter proposals the vendor may make.
