Title: SuperTrips doesn't ship order, SR gives them 100% of money, my fault?

I made a purchase from SuperTrips early May. I did not FE, did not rate 5 stars but nonetheless I received notification from SR that the order had shipped. The order did not arrive and by the 15 day deadline I offered a 14 day extension. This was approved. When the second deadline came up 100% of the money in escrow was awarded to SuperTrips. I spent a week or so corresponding with SR as this seemed very one-sided. After they said I was screwed because I did not follow SuperTrips' rules requiring FE for orders under $500 and requiring 5 star feedback, I decided to contact SuperTrips to see if they knew what had happened. First, ST was on vacation for about a week so I was not replied to for about that period of time. Then, with their message system backed up a week every response took around 3 days to come in.

They have now requested the order details, but since it's been such a ridiculous amount of time getting to this point the order details are no longer available to me. It will be another few days before I get a response to know for sure, but I can only assume ST will refuse to give me a refund and there will be nothing I can do.

-> SilkRoad's justification for moving all the money out of escrow to SuperTrips was that I did not follow their requirements to FE. But if their rules were 100% set in stone and to be adhered to, their rule "Orders will not be shipped until FE'd" should also have been held to. By the Silkroad Support Staff's logic my order was never shipped.

Anyway, my main concern is if my order ever shipped. If it did not, I would like it to be shipped and if not I would like to request the 100% reship as per ST's policy.

Ive never had any issues first hand, but ive heard talk of SR, to some degree, playing on technicalities like mentioned above, to typically rule in favor of the person that makes SR loads more money. In this and most cases, the long time vendor.

Its unfortunate that you got fucked, i feel for you. Weve all been burned at least once. The nature of our game i suppose.

Well if you didn't FE and his policy was that he doesn't ship until then.... and now he has your money, that in a way is sort of like FE. If SR recognized that he didn't ship it because you didn't FE early, and they gave him the money, then it is only reasonable to assume he will now ship it. I would check with him to confirm.

Problem is ST claims to have no evidence the transaction ever took place...

Investigate on that vendor thoroughly and you'll see that this story is peanuts.

Good luck getting any sort of rebate from ST. Once he has your money, he doesn't give a shit. That was my experience anyway. :(

Hopefully he will have some sort of conscience and reimburse you ;)

Just hope for the best. Chances are, since the vendor is not out any money and nothing was shipped he might work with you on shipping what you ordered (since he got paid now) or a refund... Just be polite explain what is up and humbly ask for him to make it right.

i bought 3.5g cocain domestic shipping and had to FE because this was the old price. Today it's the 7th week and i got nothing no reship no refund nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SR Staff don't help me and the fucking Supertrips Support is timewasting. This HUSO could be banned.

SR support are unable to help you because you finalized early. In future of you want assistance with your orders use escrow. Sorry if that comes across as rather blunt, it's just how things are.
