Hey guys,

I had my ID shipped out on the 26th. He is a domestic vendor who shipped it out Priority with DCN. For the last 7 days he has been online but continues NOT to read my messages. I don't know what to do, it was shipped priority and I still haven't received anything. It doesn't help the vendor doesn't have good communication

Please submit a customer support ticket via the market site, the link can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of the homepage, there is also links in the the sticky at the top of this board. When you are able also move the transaction into the resolution center, again please refer to the sticky at the top of this board for links to the SR wiki.

You should also hit the 'report vendor' option as well if you suspect them of shady behavior.

I'm having almost the exact same situation. Hopefully, it has just been shipped out late, or he's been delaying, but it's been 8 days since I've ordered and no ID.
