Title: 2 day late US domestic express order: little to no communication from vendor

Hello. This was my first order on SR. US express domestic. Order was placed on Wednesday and it is now monday after 3pm with no delivery. The vendor is top rated, but *barely barely* communicates and it is starting to get rather frustrating.

I got 1 response on friday that package was still in transit but thats it. I have messaged the vendor for a tracking number but with no response.

Am I entitled to be complaining on customer support about this? Express orders to major areas are supposed to be overnight and its been 4 days and still a no show. I would not be here if the vendor would make the effort to communicate in a more timely and professional way.

It would be helpful in situations like this if you were to name the vendor so others who may also be experiencing issues can join in the discussion. You cannot get direct assistance from here re your order though, you will need to request customer support via the market site if your order does not arrive etc, more information on how to do that can be found in the SR wiki for which here is the link:
