Title: resolution center a big joke or what?
Post by: RS7FI8ZRkm on June 28, 2013, 06:39 pm
okey, hello.

I've been a member for just about 3 months.. made 27 successful transactions, with 0 refund 0 auto finalize. some 1300 spent.

this is my first time having to use the RC.. an now that I am having to, it feels like a fucking joke.

I have had an order of 5 tabs of cid, for well over a month (shipped may 5th), that I haven't received.
the communication from the vendor has been dodgy at best. with delayed responses over many days.. and only thing that's happened so far is time extensions... :-\

the vendor, after a this long has sent be a message offering a reship, I just want my money back.. so far the RC has been nothing but horse shit.

anyone else experience this or just me?

Mate, not sure what you mean??  In the RC, you propose a resolution which is sent to the vendor for approval. They can then agree with yours or submit one of their own for you to consider. This could be a time extension of X days or a full or partial refund (% of original price). If you both can't agree on a resolution, the Admins will make a decision for you based on the evidence you provided in the RC (messages, etc) which supports your case. There is some risk on both sides which needs to be acknowledged by the vendor and seller IMO. If you feel you've been burnt, provide the evidence to the Admins and let them make the decision. They will look at the facts and base their decision on things such as your purchase history, prior visits to the RC, etc.

hello, thanks for replyimg.

there has been very little communication from the vendor. also, no offense but what evidence?? :-\ if I got what I ordered I wouldn't be upset, I'd be high an more then joyed to release funds.. ::) if that's not evidence what can I prove? I never got anything :-\.. I mean what else can I say.

am, I allowed to post the RC log here? its me pretty much talking to myself.

at first I submitted the first two time extensions (which got accepted by SR staff) (each by 10 days) then after that, the vendor submitted another 10 day extension..
then after that a staff member accepts it say "Whats going on here".... I posted a messaged explaining what was up.
4 days later after no response in RC, but the vendor messaged me offering a reship,  I requested a 100% refund instead.. in the RC, the SR staff extends it by 5 days -_-??

It's not uncommon for a vendor to either not respond or take a long time to reply. The evidence is any emails, messages, PM's or Forum Posts between the two of you. He will probably be asked to provide proof of postage by the Admins. Just submit a new proposal of 100% refund (if that's what you're after) and note the delay by the vendor to communicate with you. Also explain that it's been dragging out for an extended period of time now and you would like it resolved.
Once a dispute has been opened, all correspondence between the two parties in dispute must be done through the Resolution Centre. Any communication outside of the RC about the dispute won't be considered if I remember correctly. Once a dispute has been opened, ALL communication must be sent through the RC.

You need to ensure your most recent proposal reflects the resolution you are seeking, if the last proposal in the resolution center is an extension, especially an automatic extension then it will just keep extending, you have to request something else to happen.

So long as your most recent proposal reflects the resolution you want i.e. a refund in this case and the vendor does not make a counter proposal then when the resolution period expires an admin will adjudicate. That sometimes takes another few days after the RC period runs out though, please just try to be patient, hopefully you will get your refund soon.

And hey look at the end of the day you at least have a resolution center for the illegal drugs you bought on the internet where you can request a refund, a delay really is somewhat of first world problem in my honest opinion  ;)
