Title: Missing Bitcoins

I bought some bitcoins off another user yesterday and while my account history shows that they sent the coins to me it's now been nearly 24 hours and they've still not shown up as available funds. I've bought coins from other users, although not this guy, before and it's usually been pretty instantaneous but not this time

Have you looked on the blockchain the check the progress of the transfer?

the coins was sent through silkroad, user to user. where can i find the info to check blockchain?

you should be able to see the transfer in your SR history page. The link is on your account page

Ahh I see, well in that case please review your account history and you should see the transfer there, if all looks ok and the coins have not arrived at their intended destination then you will need to submit a customer support ticket and have an admin take a look for you.
