Title: SuperTrips Customer Support Failing?

i am a buying with supertrips but ive noticed a steep incline in the customer service went from 1 day to reply to 3 days now its upto 8 days with no reply and his staff saying he will be with me soon i have an order in for 4.70 bitcoins to some people that may not be much but as a struggling 2nd year in a 3 year bachelor thats like foor money for 2 months if any1 else is having troubles please post here i wanna no if i am being dodged for my refund ive waited 30 days for or if it is more than just me

Can someone fill me in on what evers going on
i paid i fed as requested and now i get no customer support?
and no 50 % refund as listed on the sellers page?
any ideas?

I hope this isn't history repeating itself, please do a search on the forums to get some context behind me making that comment. SuperTrips is a very busy vendor so comms may be slow at times, if you have finalized your orders with them though please remember SR support will be unable to assist you if you experience any issues, your only recourse will be directly with the vendor.

can someone sticky this so other people know of the current issues i dont want other people ordering and ended up with the same wait times for replys i sent a reply when the order didnt arrive and all i get in the terms of replys is this message

SuperTrips(96)    Ok I will have ST check.

SuperTrips Support    4 days    read

then i sent a reply and got this

SuperTrips(96)    ST is behind with PMs you will hear something soon.

Ordering from ST is like jumping on a crazy rollercoaster ride except you never know what's next!

He will be super consistent for a while with tons of happy customers.

Then after 4-6 weeks he will disappear, and everyone will start complaining.

Then he will show back up and make everyone happy again.

And the rollercoaster continues.....

Also, he has started personally responding in that thread sometimes of late so you are much more likely to get response from him there then here.

i recieved my 3rd response for ST - Support team not ST Himself Clearly
SuperTrips(96)    First of all a doubt that you would end up in prison.
Worst case if the package was found you would have gotten a letter from customs stating that your item is being confiscated due to security reason etc...
They would also tell you if you wish to claim the item to respond in writing and if you were dumb enough to do that then that would be your own fault.
As you can see ST is one of the highest vendors on SR and do you know what that means.........?........
Lost of Messages, Orders, Reships, and all the other things that come along with being a vendor on SR

Now with than being said I would be more than happy to try and get some info from ST.
I know you have been waiting but please remember that ST is extremely busy trying to find our 1000's of customers orders
and will get to you as soon as possible.

No I don't think you are getting the run around.  Sounds like business as usual on the low part of the rollercoaster.

I read recently in that thread that ST went on vacation or something.  He may be back now but again - I would check in that thread and post your experience if you want better answers on the current situation.

It's too much for me to try and keep up with anymore.  Initially it was good entertainment but as I've never ordered from ST so having nothing invested it got a bit old after a while.

SuperTrips(96)    Sorry I did not hear anything before ST left on vacation, Keep an eye out and if the item does not arrive please message us on the 21st.

so the next day being 21st i contacted them and ive had no reply from st just support with the messages i have posted

After re reading all of my mail i relised that every reply i have had so far has been from SuperTrips Support Yet they dont offer very much support?

the last message i have recieved from Super Trips without the Support tag at the bottom was 24 days ago

Rack up some posts so you can get out of the newbie forum and go post in SuperTrips thread.  I can't help you and neither can the moderators or SR support staff since you FEd.

yea i know im just leaving this up as a warning to others
and im not to active on the forums as i dont usually have this much of a problem
ive spent like 56 btc and never had an issue till now

1 month  has passed now no reply from the seller Super Trips
has been 4 days since his customer support said they were gunna do anything and no reply or action from them either NEVER FE EARLY LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE PEOPLE!

3.5 gr coke didnt arrived. i fe'ed but st's info page suggest he will reship either way. its been 2 months. he first told me to wait 30 businees day after that he went vacation now he didnt reply me for 5 days  or reshiped.

i did lots of busines with him. i trust him. but now i dont know what to do

Same kind of thing happened to me a while ago with supertrips, a 500 dollar order which i finalised early on. Never arrived. Exchanged messages for a couple weeks, then i gave up. Couple months later he contacted me and gave me a full refund. It just takes time with him/them being so busy. Theres loads of other vendors offering the same, and supertrips is actually quite pricey in comparison. I hope you get it back.
