Im new to the Silk Road and it looks like i am in a pretty messed up situation and would like to know my options here, if any :(
I ordered for around 200$ dollars from DGC and now his account looks to be closed and people here on the forum claiming him to be a scammer.
Since i haven't received anything and hi didn't answer my last message im guessing its true.
Looking on the forum i can see people have called him a scammer and reported him long before i ordered, and thats a little weird i think.
So i wanted to know if there is anything i can do here?
The real problem is that it wasn't my money, but my brothers who needs the weed for his leukemia and i dont have a chance to cover the loses :(

Your options will depend on whether your funds are still in escrow or not, if they are then request a refund via the resolution center, if not then I am afraid SR cannot help you.

Well i did finalize if thats what you mean?
I just think it is messed up it could even come to this since hes scam was called more than a week before i bought and he could just continue "selling" without anyone doing anything about it :(

When you finalize an order the coins are sent to the recipient and given escrow is the means by which SR support can assist you in the event of you experiencing any issues it is for this reason there is nothing SR support can do to assist you with finalized orders. Please do not FE in future and you will have the protection of escrow if you need it.

Ok makes good sense. But i still, to me i looks like this could have been avoided since his scam obviously was exposed weeks before and he was still able to continue.
I have done some reading and as i understand sellers have to pay a bond that this "seller" probably haven't been able to get refunded, why not use that to cover some of the loses people have?
Again, since his scam was exposed weeks before i ordered it doesn't look like SR have done much effort to protect us buyers and live up to their responsibility :(
