Hi,
Sorry to have to ask for help but I am having a really really bad day and could do with some help if possible. Earlier my computer crashed while I had tor open on a hidden truecrypt partition of my usb drive therefore I didn't dismount the drive which caused the file to become corrupted. I am new to silk road and only did a couple of transactions since joining in the last few days. Unfortunately not only did I lose my partition I also lost all my passwords and log in details. Silly thing is I even had the plan to backup the file however I got sidetracked before I got a chance and I've only been a member a few days. So ok here's the problem I cannot log into my account and I don't have access to my e.mail either as all my passwords were really strong generated by a pw manager which also went with the partition along with all of it's data. Now to make matters even worse I have lost access to my btc that are in my account and I am unable to finalize the purchase I made yesterday. So to sum it up I'm in a lot of trouble lost money and I cannot finalize for the seller I brought from who's goods arrived today :(
Please please can you help me? I can tell you all my details log in etc when I did my last transactions how much they were for and the amount of btc in my account is there anything you can do to help? otherwise I'm down on my money and also I can't finalize for my seller.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Basically, there's nothing anybody here at the forums can do but advise you. You need to make a new account and send SR support a message that way. Basically the same thing you just said here.
Don't give anybody here your details.

I thought as much I did read that to contact SR support was a last resort so I thought I would post here but have already sent them a message too. I hope I can sort this out it really sucks.
Thanks for the reply. You just confirmed what I thought. If any moderator or anything can bring it to the attention of the SR support that would be awesome as I say I have all the info to prove it's my account like who i traded with when how much I paid and what I brought and also what I need to finalize as well as balance amount.
I hope I can work this out or I'm down some btc :( oh and my seller is going to be pissed that I didn't finalize or leave feedback as I'd promised to do as soon as it arrived.

Once a truecrypt volume corrupts is gone, s as SS says you will need to follow the standards pass phrase reset protocol via the market site, make sure to include the last btc address you sent coins to in order to fund the account you can no longer access so the admins can verify you as the rightful owner.

i think he lost all of that info .... so, unless he would have that info stored somewhere else .....and i hate to say it...but ya might be bummed out at having lost your account :(
try to remember particulars that the admin can see...that only you would know about....msg's...tell them who it was to and what it was about.... do you kn0w who the third one on your favorite vendors list is? things as this might be of some help to you when speaking with the SR Support.

I just re-read your post :) it all seemed very bleak for you up until the end :)
