I'm new here so idk if I'm doing something obviously wrong or not, but I used zipzap/bitinstant -> email -> blockchain -> my SR deposit address. But, when I attempt to withdraw the coins from the address it tells me I have "insufficient funds" even though Blockchain confirmed the transaction. I've even tried only withdrawing 0.01 BTC but I'm still getting "insufficient funds". When I try to send to the address again it says I have no more coins, so they definitely went somewhere. What's going on??

How long ago did you do the transfer? Expect at least two hours for it to show up in your SR account.

I tried to withdraw cash to my sr acount and it says insuffient funds as well. I have no idea what to do

Can you please clarify, do you have funds showing in your SR account bitcoin wallet?
And if you do are you unable to withdraw those funds receiving the error message you mentioned?
