If I received a refund by SR Support because of a dickhead vendor, is there a way to redeem my previously clean refund rate upon request?

If the vendor is truly a scammer, then a refund you get on account of this vendor would not affect your refund rate.
If however, the refund is due to a disagreement of some kind, the refund will be reflected in your stats.
If you refund rate is <10%, most vendors won't care. Plus you can always explain why you have a refund rate to and vendor you are interested in.
