So I placed an order on the 16th and was shipped on the 17th. I used Priority and when it was marked "In Transit" on the 17th I asked him if I could have the DCN for the parcel and he told me "sorry, but i don't give out tracking information" which I understand. Keep in mind that was 6 days ago, since then I have sent 3 messages asking if he can atleast give me an update from the tracking information and I have received nothing back. While I understand it's not been that long, lets keep a couple factors in mind why none of this looks right.
-We're in the same country using priority shipping, that doesn't take no week.
-On top of me being weary if my parcel was shipped, he hasn't even communicated with me.
-On top of zero communication, I have seen other peoples feedback saying how they haven't received anything (These negative feedbacks are within the last week)
I already lost a shipment of 1000 hits from Tyl3r Durden, and I don't want another scenario like this.

Same thing is going on with me, I placed my order on 06/15 and was in transit priority DCN on 06/17. I messaged him about not receiving it and he said to give it an extra day or two because of minor delays. I sent him a message yesterday and have yet to receive a response but I just noticed that he hasn't been on in a couple days and he just got back on and he just took off all his listings. :( Hopefully it is just a hiccup, he seems like a legit seller.

Exactly like I doubt he's a scammer but he posted two messages on his profile
First one
"I won't be processing orders again until Monday. All orders placed by 6/20/2013 will still be processed this week, but keep in mind that orders after that won't ship until Tuesday."
Second one
"It's Tuesday now, and I've returned from EDC. I have a lot of msgs to respond to and orders to fulfill. Looks like I'm going to be up all night."
So my question is, could of the orders just may have not been shipped out? Even though they marked in transit? Unless he marked them in-transit so we couldn't cancel the order because it would give a 10 day delay or so in order to take it to the resolution center. I don't care if my items didn't go out when they said, I just want some form of communication to know that they have been.

You get some vendors who mark your order "in transit" before they've sent it out. It happens all the time. Stay positive, I'm waiting on a UK-UK order that has been "in transit" for 5 days.

have yet to receive my package or a message from Righteous, my order is about to auto-finalize and resolve is greyed out, what should I do!?

How has that happened? You can resolve in 10 days and it takes 17 days to A F. Create a support ticket to SR staff, other than that, I don't know. Do all you can to avoid finalizing without receiving your order

This should not happen, you can take it into the resolution center after 10 days, if you really cannot and it is getting close to 17 days please submit a customer support ticket via the market site asap.

Thank you everyone for the help I feel better that im not alone in this.
Righteous just updated his page saying
"I've still got 80 msgs in my inbox from the weekend that I haven't gotten to yet. Bare with me. I'm doing the best I can to make sure that everybody get's taken care of."
So im hoping he will get back to me very soon. My order says it will auto finalize in 7 days and resolve is still greyed out so I will submit a support ticket if I don't hear from righteous within the next day or two.

I know my address is entered correctly I received products from other vendors just fine. Im sure he will be good to me, hes probably just backed up right now. Ive just been nervous because this was my first bulk order here.

Thank you resolve is not greyed out anymore!!! I'm going to give him a few days though based on his reputation. I will keep this thread updated.

i've run into some probs with an order as well, been several days, then got a mssg saying my addy was invalid,
which it surely is not. i'm hoping he's just a little backed up and will be back up to speed soon. damn i miss ENBOOM!!!
