Hello,
I was wondering what happens when a buyer doesn't respond anymore after receiving the order.
I've got one order where the buyer seems to be away, and I'm pretty sure the package has received him by now, but I don't think he will confirm this in time.
He doesn't respond to private messages.
Will it affect my vendor stats: like the percentage of positive feedback?
Or will it have no impact?
I just want to know if I better cancel the order as "never arrived" or just wait for it to auto finalize.... It's just a sample so no real $ is lost.

maybe..if they click "view feedback" they might be able to there ?

I will ask an admin and report back, I've never had an order auto finalize myself so have no idea how the feedback works or if it can be edited.
