Hi folks,
Relatively newbie here - 7 successful purchases all finalised (mostly different vendors).
I ordered one item from a vendor with reasonable feedback at the time - since ordering feedback has plummeted. Order has not arrived.
I left to autofinalize - is there any way of getting resolution or refund in these circumstances?
Many thanks for assistance in advance. I have left out mine and vendor's id's here but happy to supply of course if this helps.

PS Have contacted vendor via SR - no response

Once an order is finalized SR will not be able to help you I am afraid. As escrow is the means by which the admins assist in resolution matters, once the coins have been released to the recipient there is nothing more SR can do to assist you.
