Title: how to contact the admins in the resolution centre?

i \have to contact the admins in trhye resolution centre after the extension of the first resolution nears and the product has not arrived. i have done a second and now third resolution on the item (after the vendor ingored the second resolution request - nits dubg) and asked for a refund, but it just seems that it will go to the vendor and not the admins

 how do i send the resolution request DIRECTLY to the admins or do they see it automatically?

 as it stands it looks like the vendor will just ignore my third resolution request until my order autofinalizes in 4 days

Once a transaction is in the resolution center it will never auto finalize. When posting your proposed resolution outcomes if they are not accepted by the vendor then an admin will review the case, so yes to answer your question there is not need ot contact the SR admins directly because they can already review all the information you post. Please just ensure that your most recent proposal reflects the resolution you are seeking and respond to any counter proposals that the vendor may make.
