hi i tried to make a purchase today and it would not take my pin iv used this pin about 15 times with no problems i have it written down but it did not work . i put it in 5 times now im locked out for 72 can someone help plz thanks

Please refer to the sticky at the top of this board, there is a link there regarding PIN resets.
The 72 hour waiting period is non negotiable I'm afraid for security reason.
