Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my 'auto-finalize rate'. I have over 13 transactions and only one of them has ever finalized automatically. I was unable to connect to the network for a few days, I received the package but couldn't finalize. Anyway, what's done is done. The problem I have is that my rate is 20.11% I do a-level maths and I am very sure that 1 in 13 is not 20.11%!!!!
I do not understand how this rate is being calculated?! It is making my purchasing stats look very bad and I take a lot of care in being a respectable member of the sr community by following the rules and resolving any possible issues with reason.
I feel unfairly rated. Please help if you have any idea whats going on.

You will probably not like my response here but please try to understand I am just trying to help ok. The auto-finalize rate is calculated by taking into consideration a number of variables and is quite a complex formula. Basically your stats are weighted toward the present and by the size of your transactions, so you must take these things into account when checking your stats.
In future please try not allow any orders to auto finalize, your stats will also start to repair fairly quickly once you conclude some more transactions without issue.
