A vendor has been banned since the time I made a purchase from him. do I have to wait until cancel is available to get my money back? will this affect my return rate?
It was never placed in transit & cancel is available in 3 days. Obviously it would be nice to get my money back before then but as long as I can eventually get it back without any consequences I am grateful.

Not to sure if you can get your money back before the cancel button appears but I'm sure it wont affect your stats because its not gone to 'in transit' and wont class as a refund!

If you submit a customer support ticket on the market site requesting an admin should be able to cancel the order for you straight away, in some cases this is done automatically for all unconfirmed orders but I would send in the request anyway as it'll probably be quicker than waiting.
