In the end we arrived to a solution, this guy is to busy for his business, he need some ally but his an honest one, it looked like a scammer and it will probably happen again,but not intentionally and with some patience he will gonna help you out, im happy after a month that his not what he was looking like, so i had to give all good news, sry for opening a new thread i thought it was necessary for people to know, have nice life to all, peace.

I ordered from him and finalized early 11 days ago now. I never received a shipment confirmation or anything so 2 days later I wrote him a message asking if it has been shipped and he said yes it's been shipped.
But even 7 days after he told me he shipped it I still received nothing. And I live in the same country as him by the way. Wrote him another message asking whether this is normal or not 2 days ago and still just got no answer to that one.

Update from today:
This morning I wrote him another message after he didn't reply for 3 days saying that if he won't reply soon I will have to report him to the admins. And suddenly, within 30 minutes he replied saying he doesn't let himself get blackmailed and that I just destroyed my chances for a solution to our problem. He had 3-4 days to suggest me a solution and now, once I talk about admins he suddenly answers within 30 minutes after all this 4 days of messages from me?!
This is stupid as hell. He obviously is scamming and must get banned!

Well considering they were not exactly tripping over themselves to work out a resolution with you anyway I don't think you have blown much of a chance. Just include this in your customer support ticket via the admins and have them look into it, they can review the message log if need be anyway so they will be able to see all you previous attempts to communicate with the vendor were ignored.

I've ordered from this dude exactly a week ago, nothing arrived, I sent him 5 messages with no response, what the hell am I supposed to do now to get my money back?

i don't think you will get your money back... you did FE, right? i had exactly the same problem (my 10g order didn't arrive) and according to the feedback and some forum posts this has happened many times before. when i finally got an answer he told me that he sends out every order and it's my own risk if it doesn't arrive. i don't believe it, but you can't prove that he actually sent nothing. i won't FE ever again, guess you have to learn the hard way... :-\
