Hey guys, couldn't find anything in the forums, but I honestly struggled thinking what to search.
Anyway, I purchased a product from BoyMaster recently, but after 3-4 weeks of what seemed like no product, we went to resolution center, I got a 30% refund.
Anyway, long story short, my housemates got the letter and placed it down with some random crap which has only just come to light (they didn't think to tell me anything had come through)
So, I would like to give back my refund, (So BoyMaster can get the money he should get, and for my stats sake)
Anyway of getting this done? And provide transaction numbers if needed.

If you return the refund to the vendor then submit a customer support ticket via the market site advising them of what you have done and why an admin will amend your stats to remove the refund rate for that transaction.

Shame, gave back the bitcoins but quoting the SR team
only edit buyer stats for any particular transaction in very exceptional circumstances.
So, yeah, but c'est la vie. I'm just gonna leave the update incase anyone has a similar issue

Yep.....seen that happen lots of time.....and the customer is usually irate that they did not get their package.....and the vender is a low down SOB.......and then all of a sudden
the real story comes out........if you messaged the vendor and told him the full story......and returned the coins.....that is a excellent start.
Had a customer.....send me three messages about his order.....he was pissed.....and then a few hours later...AFTER his wife told him she had the package.....he sent me an appology :o ::)
I just SMH....... :)

Please send in another customer support ticket and let them know that I asked you to do so, my understanding is that it is totally acceptable to amend buyer stats under the circumstances that you have described.

I have PM'd CrysisTime and - as you did - asked them to submit another Support ticket so we can see about those stats. :)

And yeah, I wasn't pissed at BoyMaster at all, was just a shame at the time, things get lost in the mail and I didn't blame him. Anyway, thanks for allowing me to fix my stats :)
