I posted this in the newbie forum, didn't know I was able to post here too, sorry.
I'm hoping to make an order this week, but when I attempt to make an account and login, it says "Login failed, please try again"
I've tried making many accounts, I don't even know if the accounts are being made. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for your time.

Please refer to the sticky at the top of this board and follow the instruction for requesting a pass phrase reset.

Also it may be possible that you have been phished? did you try to access SR from a link in the hidden wiki?

Thank you for the reply, but I don't think that is the issue. I don't need a password reset, either the account creation of account login is simply not working, at this point I'm not sure which. I am making accounts, writing the information down, and attempting to log in immediately. There is no way my login information is incorrect. I've been trying for 2 days now. Guess I won't be getting my order this weekend :/

Are you 100% sure you are trying to log in via the correct SR URL?
The only URL you should ever use is:
