Title: Can't log in to SR vendor account

I keep getting login failed!

Anybody else have this problem?

I'm not aware of any issues affecting others, you should contact SR admin support via the market site and request a pass phrase reset. I will pass on your issue to an admin now just in case someone else has taken control of the account.

I've been having same problems logging in, takes 5 - 10 attempts or more sometimes but eventually get in.

I can not get into my primary account either...

Never had any problem with this before...

And I have def not used any other url but silkroadvb5piz3r.onion that I type in manually and double check the address I land on when logging in every time I go online...

I have been able to get in with my secondary account so feel that there may be something up..

I had the same problem when going to
http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/silkroad

but then I cheked the forums and it said I should only go to
http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/

And then I got in fine, so I'm not sure if phising or not, not too bad for me since I didn't have any bitcoins on the account.

I think the capacha thing was just playing up for a while..

I waited an hour or so then got in on the second attempt

I'm not sure what the issue is but this has happened before after maintenance has been carried out. Some people seem to be able to log in after a period of time, anyone who is experiencing a persistent issue and cannot log in at all should follow the procedure for having the pass phrase reset.

I haven't come back here to the forums afte this, but yes, I managed to get in with no problems, samesamebutdifferent.

But now my seller account has been suspended! Do you think that the admins have overreacted to your (I'm sure good-intentioned) "passing on your issue to an admin now just in case someone else has taken control of the account"?

No one has taken control of my account! Please, since you sent them notice of this problem, won't you please send them this new information so they can quickly reinstate me?

I think I will never again post on the forums if I am having problems logging in to the main site, since most of the time the reasons are trivial anyway.

Please help me, samesame.

Hi Goblin

I have no idea what has happened that would have resulted in your seller account being suspended, I will make an inquiry but the most appropriate way to handle this will for you to make contact via customer support on the market site as they have access to all your information and will be able to tell you what has gone on, all I suggested they do is lock your PIN if there was any suspicious activity on the account and that you had reported you were unable to get in.

Let's take this off the forums, I will PM you when I hear back and can you please do the same if you get a response on your end.
