Either my password has been stolen or something is wrong with the captcha. At first I thought that my password had been compromised but when I tried to register a new account to contact customer support the same thing happened, "Captcha incorrect"
If I could get some help I'd appreciate it I'm making a large order later next week.

i resolved this same problem by downloading a fresh version of Tor.
immediately, access and speed returned to normal.

Please try this:
Go to TorBrowser -> Options -> Options -> Content -> Uncheck "Enable JavaScript" -> Ok.

Have tto try that after work, its not working on torbot on my mobile either, java already unchecked on the mobile app..arrrg, if igot phished somehow I'll die! Lol thanks samesame for the fast reply=)

Will do, not till this evening though. I wonder why its only TK and I that are experiencing this issue =/

Well hopefully it'll be an easy fix or at the very worst a pass phrase reset. I know of a few people who randomly lost access after a previous maintenance period, they were def 100% not phished either, their pass phrase just stopped working for some unbeknown reason.
