Title: greendaddy888 refund??

Okay, sorry if this is not where this section is suppose to be..

I ordered an order from greendaddy888 the vendor since 06/07/13. Item was marked in transit next day.. Never received order. Found out a couple days later that his vendor account was revoked.

I put my order into resolution and now he is responding to me that he has mailed out my shipment already and gives out a fake confirmation number..

I already messaged him personally before the whole resolution thing on my tracking number and he therefore asked for my name, city and state and I provided those information and he gave me the tracking number.

I've been tracking the number ever since and the shipment hasn't even been picked up. Are Silk Road admins allowed to see my personal conversations with him and I? The information he is providing in the resolution is FALSE and INVALID.
I do not want to get scammed the 2nd time here on Silk Road.

Hi marchjust

Please ensure your most recent proposal in the resolution center contains the information you have highlighted above so that should an admin be required to adjudicate on the resolution they have all the relevant information. If necessary the resolution staff can review all the messages exchanged between you and the vendor conducted via the market site, please be aware that nothing can be done via the forums to assist you in the resolution process as all resolution issues need to be handled in the resolution center.
