Title: Order simply dissapeared? WTF?

I placed an order a few weeks ago from the now well know scammer (or whatever happened to him) CharlieMustThirve.
Order never arrived of course, Charlie never read a single message I sent over the course of few weeks. Well when I log into my account a few weeks later hoping to be able "resolve" and get my refund the order is not showing anymore, its simply dissapeared like a fart in the wind along with my BTC...

I still have the order number and everything recorded since I sent him messages about it at the time... What should I do? How can I have my order refunded if it dissapeared?

Submit a customer support ticket on the market site including the transaction details and an admin can take a look at for you.
