Title: ***SR ACC NOT LOGGING IN** PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys,
I recently just transferred a substantial amount of BC's to my account, ever since then i havn't been able to log onto my account (SR home page). I would really appreciate if someone could help recover my account again or even the BC's. PLEASE HELP  >:(

Hi Jerry4

You will need to create a new account on the market site and submit a customer support ticket that includes the BTC address you last sent coins to in order to fund the account you have lost access too. Doing that will allow the admins to verify you are the rightful owner of the account and then reset your pass phrase.

Please refer to the SR wiki for more information regarding pass phrase resets.
