I havn't made an order in a while and forgot my pin and know i have to wait 72h , I was just wondering can't an admin help me reset it faster so i dont have to wait so long?

I'm afraid not, the 72 hour wait period is mandatory for security reasons, it used to be 7 days.

I once forgot my PIN a long time ago and had to wait 7 days....you should feel lucky to only have to wait 72.
